Just read on the CodeGear site that Qadram software has signed an agreement to develop a professional web application. The application will be written using VCL for PHP… and the great news is the core of this application will be released under GPL which means we all get to download and use it in our own web applications created using Delphi for PHP!

The bad news is the development of this web application is going to take approximately 1 year

The application is planned to be developed in a modular way, in order to be reused for developing other software solutions, like e-commerce stores, CMS systems, etc.
